Super friendly staff with a big smile and always willing to help, even though the hotel was in a quite remote area. the hotel is also easily accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the building.

We weren't happy with the overall furniture of the hotel and the dated decor. We felt like we were time-warped into an older time and the place was not well-maintained.

The location was great as it was near the skiing area and the ski bus stopped very close to the hotel. The restaurant was also a plus with a variety of choices and a vegetable buffet. We appreciated that special dietary needs were catered for with a smile.

The hotel itself could do with an upgrade as the room was not in the best condition—the door would not latch properly and the overall look was unappealing. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the presence of a donkey in the yard added some amusement.

We recently stayed at a hotel near a popular ski area in Italy. the staff was very friendly and hospitable, offering assistance with our luggage upon check-in. the rooms were comfortable and provided ample space for our group. the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with functioning amenities. the breakfast buffet was quite diverse, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains from our room.

Certain aspects of the facility were outdated and could benefit from renovation.
